Pointe West is a neighborhood located in Vero Beach, Florida that was originally developed in the early 2000s. It was built on land that was formerly used for citrus groves, and its developers sought to create a family-friendly community with a variety of amenities. The neighborhood features a golf course, clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts, among other attractions. Over the years, Pointe West has become a popular destination for both full-time residents and vacationers, thanks to its convenient location and abundance of recreational opportunities. Today, it remains one of Vero Beach's most sought-after neighborhoods.
Throughout the years, Pointe West developed five different neighborhoods within the community including North Village, South Village, Central Village , East Village, and The Polo Grounds. Unlike many other communities in Vero Beach, in Pointe West you will discover street lights, sidewalks, picnics, community pools, parks, picnic areas, and so much more!
Pointe West Country Club
The Pointe West Country Club is a private club membership and is excluded from the Pointe West Community. Meaning, that Pointe West Residents have the option to join the club but are not required to join the club. The clubhouse and golf course is only for members of the country club.
Becoming a Pointe West Country Club member gives you access to full golf and social privileges, unlimited use of the 10-acre practice facility , 7-day advance tee times, award-winning clubhouse, private cart options, daily lunch specials indoor/outdoor dining, complimentary banquet room rental, access to tennis and fitness, charging privileges, men's & ladies golf associations, extensive social and golf calendars
The Polo Grounds
The Vero Beach Polo Grounds is an exclusive gated community of Pointe West featuring only 46 properties. In the center of the community is the Polo playing field. During the Polo season homeowners have the opportunity to attend a premier social Polo Match events right from their front yard every Sunday. Private parking areas are available to reserve for the entire Polo season where homeowners and local Vero Beach residents gather to enjoy cocktails, appetizers, and charcuterie boards while socializing with friends & family!
